SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to means for assessment of perfusion of perforant vessels. Method consists in identification of fluorescent tissue reaction after application of bolus with supply of indocyanine green into bloodstream, obtaining time succession of fluorescent reaction images, processing of succession of images and display of processing results. As a result of image processing derivative of intensity by time for values of pixels in images is obtained. Derivative of intensity by time is displayed as colour or black-and-white image. Device contains means for realisation of stages of method of estimating perfusion of perforant vessels.

EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to identify places of perforator location and provide visual difference between candidate perforators, as well as to compare candidate flaps, which are separated by distance, larger than field of view of image obtaining system.
