FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and can be used to form a sample of autogenous bone material for morphological examination of the bone environment of a dental implant. At the beginning of the operation, blood is sampled from the patient’s ulnar vein. Then, an autogenous fibrin clot is obtained from the obtained blood by centrifugation, from which exudate and fibrinogen are separated. Bone samples obtained in the process of drilling in the form of bone chips are collected from the drill with the help of an irrigator, stored in physiological solution, after which the bone samples are released from excess fluid. Aspirator is used to remove excess fluid. Exudate is added to the obtained mass, mixed and transferred into a test tube with an internal piston. Then separated fibrinogen is added and mixed. Piston of the test tube is pushed to the upper edge, which is covered with a gauze napkin and the gauze napkin is kept outside the test tube. Formed sample is placed in preserving medium – 10% neutral solution of formalin.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis, higher reliability, reproducibility and information value of subsequent histomorphological examination.
