FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel method of obtaining optically active α-aminoacetales of formula (R)-(I) or (S)-(I): where symbol * indicates that C atom is asymmetric carbon. Method includes separation of formula (I) compound in racemic form or in form of mixtures of enantiomers (I) by means of separating agent. Method includes reaction of formula (I) compound with optically active α-aminoacid of general formula (II) in solvent with formation of diastereoisomeric salts, represented by formula (VII) further separation of diastereoisomeric salts, of formula (VII), formed in medium and release of optically active α-aminoacetale of formula (R)-(I) or (S)-(I): values of radices R1-R3, R7 P', P are given in invention formula. Method makes it possible to obtain enantiomers with high optic purity, using available reagents.
EFFECT: invention relates to intermediate compounds in form of diastereomeric salts of formula (VII) compound.
