FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: first, complex ore is crushed to particles with size of 10…30 mm; carbon-bearing reducing agent is ground to particles with size of 1…3 mm, or complex ore is crushed to particles with size of 1…3 mm, and carbon-bearing reducing agent is ground to particles with size of 10…30 mm. Crushed ore is mixed with the ground carbon-bearing reducing agent; the obtained mixture is baked at the temperature equal to 0.6…0.8 of fusion temperature of the most high-melting oxide ore phase during 1…3 hours, and after that, cooling is performed. The first separation is performed with separation of ore and carbon-containing material; then, ore material is ground to particles with size of 1 mm and less and repeated separation is performed with separation of ore material into metallic and oxide phases.
EFFECT: simpler technological metal extraction cycles without any melting of ores at improvement of finished product quality.
