Three possible variants of the manifestation of pancreatopathy of terminal states are established in the form of: acute exocrine-type ischemic pancreatopathy, developing in young patients under 30 years of age, which manifests itself only as hyperamylasemia without hyperglycemia; acute ischemic pancreatopathy of the combined type that develops in patients of the middle age group from 30 to 60 years, which manifests itself as hyperamylasemia with hyperglycemic syndrome; acute ischemic pancreatopathy of the endocrine type, which develops in patients of the age group over 60 years, which manifests itself only as hyperglycemic syndrome.
