FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to diagnose acute ischemic damage to the pancreas. Blood amylase and glucose levels, taking into account the patient's age, are monitored. Three possible variants of the manifestation of pancreatopathy of terminal states are established in the form of: acute exocrine-type ischemic pancreatopathy, developing in young patients under 30 years of age, which manifests itself only as hyperamylasemia without hyperglycemia; acute ischemic pancreatopathy of the combined type that develops in patients of the middle age group from 30 to 60 years, which manifests itself as hyperamylasemia with hyperglycemic syndrome; acute ischemic pancreatopathy of the endocrine type, which develops in patients of the age group over 60 years, which manifests itself only as hyperglycemic syndrome.
EFFECT: method allows accurate, simple and affordable diagnosis of acute ischemic damage to the pancreas, timely establish the diagnosis of this disease in the hospital by assessing the complex of the most significant indicators.
