FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: method implemented by an immunoenzymometric analysis performed in a test system column involves arrangement in the column of a carrier in the form of a layer of immunoaffinity gel with implanted anti-species antibodies, which is fixed between two porous membranes, treatment of the carrier - the layer of immunoaffinity gel with a blocking solution for closing on the carrier of the remained free places of non-specific binding, immobilisation on the carrier of specific antibodies, introduction of tested specimens, treatment of the carrier with a conjugate-containing solution and an analysis of the treated carrier; besides, as the conjugate-containing solution there used is a solution of the conjugate of antigen - a toxicant agent chemically connected to luminescent quantum dots or to liposomes containing luminescent quantum dots, and level of toxicant agents is determined as per intensity of luminescence excited at quantum dots at illumination of the treated carrier by exciting emission. Besides, a test system for implementation of the above method is presented.
