FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric transmission of traction vehicle power. Electric transmission comprises primary heat engine, AC induction generator with phase rotor, traction induction motor with squirrel-cage rotor and reversible static frequency inverter. Primary heat engine is engaged with induction generator shaft. Stator winding of said induction generator is connected directly to stator winding of traction induction motor. Rotor winding of said generator is connected to one of the inputs of reversible static frequency inverter. Another input of said reversible static frequency inverter is connected directly to interconnected stator windings of induction generator and traction induction motor.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
