SUBSTANCE: transport vehicle includes an engine, a transmission gearbox; with that, numbers of transmission steps N are numbers of actuations of hill-climbing gear or numbers of actuations of overgear, which are performed by the gearbox at an actuation point of hill-climbing gear or at an actuation point of overgear. The hill-climbing gear actuation point represents the first engine rotation frequency, at which the gearbox actuates hill-climbing gear. The overgear actuating point represents the second engine rotation frequency, at which the gearbox actuates overgear; besides, numbers of transmission steps N are determined based on design acceleration α for the transport vehicle during period of time T. The invention also refers to a system and a transport vehicle.
