The method involves recipe components preparation, potatoes cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and grating, Brussels sprouts and parsley greens cutting and freezing, chicken meat cutting, fresh green peas freezing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with sour cream and salt, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
