FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Bioresorbable material comprising hydroxyapatite and titanium monoxide of composition TiOx, where x = 0.99, 1.09, 1.23, in an amount of 10-20 wt% of total weight. Method for producing a bioresorbable material comprising preparation of an initial mixture of components, drying, pressing and subsequent burning, wherein the initial mixture is obtained by fragmenting the hydroxyapatite powder and titanium monoxide powder for 460-480 minutes with a reverse direction every 15 minutes and a rotation speed of 530-540 rpm in isopropyl alcohol medium, taken in an amount of 5-10 ml, and burning is carried out at a temperature of 580-600°C for 350-360 minutes at a heating rate of 100-110°C/h.
EFFECT: bioresorbable material has high microhardness and can be used for reconstruction and replacement of bone tissue.
