FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of production wastes and application of elastomers including rubber-bearing articles, for example, worn-out air tires, conveyor belts, wastes of rubber articles production, etc. Proposed method comprises cubical contraction of material to be crushed. Material is contracted unless penetration through working surface holes and generation of strains nearby zones of contact between material and hole edges approximating to material breakage start. Thereafter, extra load is applied and not aligned with direction of force applied for cubical contraction.
EFFECT: higher yield with power savings.
