FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, tissue engineering and biotechnology. What is presented is an artificial kidney precursor containing a non-human mammalian metanephros recovered from a living body, wherein the metanephros has been subjected to freezing and thawing outside a living body, and contains mammalian mesenchymal stem cells transferred from the living body; and a method for manufacturing it is also presented.
EFFECT: invention may be used in transplantology.
