FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises forming the outline of article from reinforcing material impregnated thermosetting resin by male and female dies with vulcanisation of resin polymerisation. Male die is composed of resilient cylinder with internal working gas overpressure while female die is composed of power cylinder rod extending end with elastically deformable gasket from resilient material. Position of rods is set in compliance with moulded article outline by cylinder program control system. In compliance with second version, male die is composed of fixed resilient membrane while female die is composed of power cylinder rod extending end with elastically deformable gasket from resilient material.

EFFECT: simplified process, expanded range of products.
