SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to instrument (10) for splicing and dissecting vessels. Tool comprises elongated rod (11) extending from housing (12). Device comprises working member (18) mounted at distal end of elongate rod (11) and comprising first branch (19) having a first electrode surface (52), second branch (20) movably mounted to move towards and from the first electrode surface (52) and having second electrode surface (53) and longitudinal groove (24). Working element (18) has knife (21) movable relative to rod (11) made of electroconductive material, having shank (26) and located protruding in longitudinal groove (24) or with possibility of entering it. Device comprises drive element (22), which extends from housing (12) through rod (11) to blade (21) and provides possibility of movement of knife (21) for dissection of vessel. Invention includes insulator (40), which is arranged to provide mechanical connection of knife (21) and drive element (22) without formation of conductive path between them. Insulator (40) has flat sections (41, 42) closing side surfaces (27, 28) of knife (21) and providing electrical insulation of knife (21) due to its distance from the side edges of longitudinal groove (24). Blade shank (26) extends into insulator (40). Between knife (21) and drive element (22) there is gap (35) filled with material of insulator (40). Shank (26) of the knife has opening (39) through which insulator (40) passes. Drive element (22) has opening (47) through which insulator (40) passes.

EFFECT: technical result is reliable obturation and dissection of vessels.
