SUBSTANCE: method to produce a polished colour coating on a mineral base includes application of a primer on the mineral base, a layer of a cement-containing composition in the form of a dry mixture with water added that contains a binder and quartz sand at the ratio of 1:1-2, application of the following layers of compositions, after full drying of each layer they perform abrasive treatment with reduction of diamond grain size with each subsequent cycle and application of a polishing composition with finalising polishing of the surface. Water is added to the dry mixture of the cement-containing composition to the flow of 260-280 mm, the binder contains a sulfoaluminate cement, polycarboxylate superplasticiser, a starch ether and a defoaming agent, after abrasive treatment to produce the surface with an open filler they apply a layer of dyeing composition dissolved in the solution of weak hydrochloric acid containing acid metal complex and water, the layer of the mixture of strengthening and dyeing compositions, containing liquid lithium glass, dyeing composition and water, and after abrasive treatment until the surface achieves matt appearance, they apply a layer of the polishing composition with the dyeing composition and after abrasive treatment until the surface achieves glossy appearance, they apply the polishing composition and polish the surface to achieve glossy colour shine.

EFFECT: faster process of production of high-strength and wear-resistant coating with a glossy homogeneous surface without texture of open pores.
