Plant for paint preparation contains mixing machine, drive, loading and unloading devices, mixer is composed in the form of inclined cylinder at an angle γ relative to horizontal axis of mixing machine rotation with flat end walls of elliptic shape, positioned perpendicular or at different angles β and ψ to the axis of rotation and to each other at an angle φ, wherein the axis of large diameters of ellipses, located at loading and unloading trunnions, on the axis of mixing machine rotation coincide, herewith along the whole length of the mixing machine along its axis of rotation the spring with flat section of turns of convex shape is mounted, which is equipped with a device to vary turns pitch by stretching or compression, and it is mounted so that small diameters of convex spring placed inside the loading and the unloading trunnions.
