FIELD: physics, signalling.

SUBSTANCE: fire and flammable gas alarm system comprises a signal detector installed in a controlled area for detecting a smoke, temperature and flammable gas signal; an alarm controller for real time reception of the smoke, temperature and flammable gas signal detected by the signal detector; a control device for recording and storing an initial background value and data obtained during operation of the detector, and analysing the historical analysis data obtained during operation of the detector in real time so as to carry out early-warning or detector self-diagnosis or alarm threshold adjusting; a control device for controlling early-warning, designed to display the early-warning analysis result from the data manager. The data manager includes a system set-up module for setting up address and type of the signal detector, a memory module for recording and storing a background value in initial operation and data during operation of the signal detector, and a monitor control module for monitoring and analysing in real time data obtained during operation of the signal detector and outputting early-warning signal in advance, signal detector self-diagnostic signal and alarm threshold value self-regulation signal to the early-warning monitor.

EFFECT: fire and flammable gas alarm method is disclosed.
