SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary products containing a core coated with a hard and crispy confectionary coating. The confectionary product contains a core coated with a confectionary coating produced from a fast crystallisable saccharide (represented by erythrite), a thickener (represented by inuline), and a film-forming agent (represented by talha gum) applied in the form of at least two syrups.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce confectionary products coated with a hard and crispy coating.
