FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: product is based on chewing gum and has increased crunch properties, containing core part and cover part. Core part includes polyol component, basis for chewing gum, intensive sweetener, aromatiser and not less than 1% of glycerin by weight. Mentioned polyol component includes one polyol chosen from the group containing isomalt, maltitol and erythrite and not less than 5% by wight of other polyols which differ from mentioned polyol. Mentioned core part does not contain hydrogenated oligosaccharides mainly. The cover part contains only one polyol and closes mentioned core part mainly. The cover part does not mainly contains any other polyols which differ from the only one polyol.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining product with increased crunching properties and storage time.
