FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary products having outer cover. In one version of this invention production method containing following stages is provided: production of confectionary product core, warming up of at least one polyol till melting point to obtain melted polyol, dispersion of melted polyol at least through one dispersing atomiser and covering of the core with big amount of layers with production of finished cover. Mentioned layers quantity includes at least one layer of melted polyol.
EFFECT: such combination of composition layers of polyol syrup and melt provides reduced time for product production, core configuration entirety and production of smooth homogenous cover.
