SUBSTANCE: consolidating conveyor (10) contains synchronising conveyor (12) delivering products on sorting conveyor (14) and conveyor belt (38) with cross rollers (40) having peripheral surface (70) with high friction coefficient. Synchronising conveyor delivers products (13) to sorting conveyor one by one at fixed time periods. The rollers in belt with cross rollers rotate freely across direction of conveyance (18). Plough (60) directs synchronised products obtained on sorting belt into one row. Rollers with high friction coefficient prevent sliding of products over rollers in conveyance direction to maintain precise synchronisation set by synchronising conveyor.
EFFECT: higher throughput rate of consolidating conveyor.
