FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: basic module for water storage and/or steam generation for a steam-ironing station contains a case with a storage compartment to which a power supply cord can be introduced in a stranded or folded form through the first opening in the case. The storage compartment has the second opening in the case placed opposite the first one and having a cross-section that allows locking of the looped connection cord passing between the basic module and an iron.
EFFECT: convenient storage of the power supply cord for the basic module.
