FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: working fluid flow is forced into nozzle device. Suspension of diamond submicron particles is forced into capillary tube and accelerated therein by pressure difference at capillary tube ends. Note here that capillary tube is subjected to low-frequency oscillations while suspension is subjected to ultrasound oscillations. Working fluid is mixed in nozzle device with suspension to force formed jet to process material.

EFFECT: decreased irrevocable losses of processed diamond, higher surface quality.
