FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a product, containing a specified amount of a composition for preventing damage by moulds and yeasts. In addition to antifungal agents the composition contains at least one compound of organic acids and at least one compound of extracts. Organic acids are selected from the group, consisting of caprylic, cinnamic, propionic, butyric, lactic, tartaric, fumaric acids and their salts. The extracts are selected from the group, consisting of vegetable or fruit extracts, their oil phases and a monosubstance. The monosubstance can be selected from the group, consisting of cinnamaldehyde, vanillin and functional equivalent of their derivatives. The components of groups in the composition are present in a specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures prevention of mould and yeast growth in food or forage products.
