FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fillers for animal toilet, in particular for the fillers for toilet, having improved functional and other properties. The filler (100) comprises a plurality of absorbent particles (102) comprising a non-swelling particle (104), the lumping material (106) and a plurality of particles of one or more fillers (108, 110, 112, 114, and/or 108/116). The non-swelling particle comprises non-swelling clay particle or agglomerate of non-swelling clay particles. The lumping material comprises bentonite applied on the non-swelling particle. The plurality of particles of one or more fillers, representing one or more biological materials is not connected with the absorbent particles. Filler particles have a property selected from the group consisting of controlling odour, moisture absorption, flavour release, controlling the growth of microorganisms, controlling dust, reducing density, reducing weight, and their combinations, at that the said filler particles comprise one or more biological materials.
EFFECT: enhanced functional properties of the filler are provided.
