SUBSTANCE: enzyme immunoassay is used to measure blood serum neopterin NP, vascular cellular adhesion molecules vCAM, intracellular cell adhesion molecules ICAM, tumour necrosis factor TNF-α, interleukin-6 IL-6. The coefficient K is calculated by formula: K = N P + v C A M I C A M + T N F α I L 6 . If K≤12.5, a benign process is diagnosed, while K>12.5 shows a malignant process.

EFFECT: using the given technique enables providing a higher objectivity of the differential diagnosis of the benign and malignant osseous growth by using a complex of the specified immunological markers.
