FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical immunology and oncology, and can be used for immunodiagnosis of gastric cancer when determining immunological parameters of blood. Blood serum is analysed for the amount of cancer antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9), interleukin-17 (IL-17) and tumour necrotizing factor α (TNF-α). If CA 19-9 is from 11 to 31.9 U/ml, IL-17 is from 5.5 to 6.9 pg/ml, TNF-α is from 10.5 to 16 pg/ml, presence of oncotransformation of gastric epithelium of stage II is established. If CA 19-9 is from 32 to 36.5 U/ml, IL-17 is from 7 to 10 pg/ml, TNF-α is from 16.5 to 21.5 pg/ml, presence of oncotransformation of gastric epithelium of stage III is established. If CA 19-9 is greater than or equal to 55 U/ml, IL-17 is greater than or equal to 11 pg/ml, TNF-α is greater than or equal to 22 pg/ml, presence of oncotransformation of gastric epithelium of IV stage is established.
EFFECT: method enables minimally invasive, low-cost immunological verification and staging of gastric cancer by determining quantitative levels of serum CA 19-9, IL-17 and TNF-α in patients.
