METHOD OF INCREASING RAPE PLANT RESISTANCE TO INTENSIVE CHLORIDE SALINISATION Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC A01C1/00 A01N37/00

Abstract RU 2522519 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: rape plants are cultured for three weeks on nutrient medium of Hoagland-Snaider. Then the plants are subjected to salinisation with sodium chloride at a concentration of about 175 mM, during which in the solution the 24-epibrassinolide is introduced twice at a concentration of 10-10 M, on the first day of salinisation and 7 days after salinisation.

EFFECT: increasing the plant resistance to the damaging effect of intensive chloride salinisation and improvement of their physiological state during culturing.
