METHOD OF REGULATION OF TRANSCRIPTION OF CHLOROPLAST GENES OF BARLEY (HORDEUM VULGARE) Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A01H1/00

Abstract RU 2460279 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in agriculture for crop production in open lands and in greenhouse facilities. The invention consists in activation of germination of barley seeds and stimulation of transcription 12 of chloroplast genes of the plants by treatment of barley seedlings with 24-epibrassinolide.

EFFECT: proposed method helps to increase the productivity of cultivated plants and to improve the environmental safety of the products.
