FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention represents method of improving rape plant resistance to intensive chloride salinization, including treatment of plants with solution of biologically active substance, where after 5 weeks of cultivation under standard conditions on Hoagland-Snyder nutrient medium, plants are subjected to salt stress for one week by chloride salinization in amount of 175 mM, wherein at chloride salinization (on the sixth week of culturing) or immediately after its completion (on the seventh week of culturing) 24-epibrassinolide is added to solution in concentration of 10-10 M, thus lowering level of oxidative stress and osmotic potential of plant.
EFFECT: invention enables to achieve protector effect at higher degree of chloride salinization and reduces consumption of hormonal preparation.
