FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method of preparation of the vaccine against influenza virus comprises the steps of preparation of the viral concentrate of virus-containing fluid, clarification, purification, concentration, inactivation, splitting the influenza virus concentrate, ultrafiltration, dilution of the resulting concentrate and sterilising filtration of the monovalent vaccine. The steps of splitting the influenza virus concentrate is carried out with amino acid anionic detergents in the presence of sodium chloride of 0.3-2.0 M, the splitting step, ultrafiltration and subsequent dilution is performed in the presence of stabilisers of neutral and/or basic amino acids.

EFFECT: application of the method according to the present invention enables to split the influenza virus with the maximum preservation of the native properties of viral antigens: haemagglutinin, matrix protein, neuraminidase, to stabilise intermediate vaccines in process of their preparation at the steps of splitting, ultracentrifugation, ultrafiltration and sterilising filtration.
