FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: treatment involves taking baths and daily exposure to therapeutic light with underlying standard medical therapy. The baths are taken with Ordayskaya mineral water at a temperature of 37°C in the concentration of 25 mg/l in the children of 1-5 years old, in the concentration of 50 mg/l in the children of 6-10 years old, in the concentration of 70 mg/l in the children and adolescents of 11-15 years old every second day; the first three procedures continue for five minutes, the 4-6th procedures - for eight minutes, the 7-10th procedures - for 12 minutes; the therapeutic course consists of 10 procedures. The light exposure covers the spastic muscles by means of Bioptron-compact lamp for 4 minutes for the first 3 procedures, for 6 minutes for the 4-6th procedures, for 8 minutes for the 7-12th procedures; the therapeutic course consists of 12 procedures.
EFFECT: method enables improving the muscle tone, correcting the existing motor skills and forming the new ones.
