SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel 3-phenyl-3-methoxypyrrolidine derivatives of formula , to any of its enantiomers or any mixture of its enatiomers, or its N-oxides, or its deuterated analogues, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, where R1 stands for F, Cl; R2 stands for F, Cl; R3 stands for H, CH3 or CH2CH3; on condition that the said compound does not represent 3-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-methoxypyrrolidine and 3-(3,5-difluorophenyl)-3-methoxypyrrolidine.
EFFECT: compounds are useful for a modulation of extracellular levels of dopamine and norepinephrine catecholamines in areas of the mammalian brain cortex, which makes it possible to use them for treatment of the nervous system disorders.
