SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a derivative of phenoxy-ethyl-amine of formula 1 (1) of stereoisomer or a mixture of its stereoisomers, or its deuterated analogue, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Values following radicals: R1 represents CH3 or CF3; R2 is selected from a group consisting of C1-C4-alkyl, allyl, C (CH3)2CH2CH3, groups of CH2-cyclopropyl, cyclobutil, cyclopentil, CH2CH2CH2F, CH2CH2CHF2, CH2CH2F, 3,3,3-trifluorpropyl and 4,4,4-trifluorbutil; R3 is selected from a group consisting of H, CH3 and CH2CH3; or R2 and R3 together form CH2(CH2)CH2 or CH2(CH2)3CH2; R4 is F or Cl; R′ and R′′ independently represent hydrogen or methyl. Invention also discloses a pharmaceutical composition used for preparing a drug and method of treating.
EFFECT: derivatives of phenoxy-ethyl-amine used as modulators of dopaminergic and glutamatergic systems in mammals and effective in treating central nervous system disorders.
