FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: building of a cultural entertainment establishment comprises multiple transformable spatial block-modules installed onto a foundation and coupled in a certain order, joined to each other and covered with a single roof, each made in the form of base having a rectangular frame and a ceiling, connected as capable of disconnection with angular vertical stands and connected to a wall barrier installed on one and more sides of the rectangular frame of the base. The angular vertical stands of joined sides are rigidly connected to each other by fastening elements and are covered with heat insulation. As transformable spatial block-modules are joined, an auditorium, a lobby with a cloakroom, vestibules, a hall, service and engineering-technical rooms are formed. Transformable spatial block-modules forming an auditorium have, at the same width of the ceiling and rectangular frame of the base, larger length of the ceiling, rectangular frame of the base and height of vertical stands, compared to the length of the ceiling, rectangular frame of the base and height of vertical stands in transformable spatial block-modules of vestibules, hall, lobby with a cloakroom, service and engineering-technical rooms. The foundation is a prepared continuous footing with intermediate linear supports.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce labour intensiveness of assembly and disassembly of a transformable building, to increase its operating and technical reliability, prefabricability and variability.
