FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a juicy beverage with enhanced thickness. The beverages contains juice and homogenised pulp and/or homogenised solid substances produced in the finisher. In the process of production the beverage has viscosity equal to nearly 50 - 125 centipoise. The pulp and solid substances do not lead to significant modification of homogeneity or taste profile of the juice. The homogenised pulp and the homogenised solid substances produced in the finisher have an average particle size less than 1000 micron and 1500 micron, respectively. The beverage may be represented by orange juice.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a juicy beverage maximally similar to juice in terms of indices up to 100% identity.
