SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking product (10) containing the following elements: a smoking material core (12); a filter (14) containing a flow restriction element (26, 26') attached to the smoking material core (12); the flow restriction element (26, 26') contains the following parts: the first integral tubular part (30, 30') positioned downstream; the second tubular (32, 32') part positioned upstream and having essentially the same outer diameter as the first tubular part (30, 30'); the third central, integral tubular part (34, 34') positioned between the first and the second tubular parts (30, 30', 32, 32'), the third tubular part (34, 34') has decreased outer diameter in comparison with the first and the second tubular parts (30, 30', 32, 32'); and a crosswise barrier (36, 36') containing at least one hole (38, 38') provided for therein; the crosswise barrier (36, 36') is positioned between the first cavity (40, 40'), positioned downstream and at least partly formed by the inner periphery of the first tubular part (30, 30'), the second cavity (42, 42'), positioned upstream and at least partly formed by inner periphery of the second tubular part (32, 32'); and a ventilation area positioned in a place along the filter (14) and communicating with the second cavity (42, 42').
EFFECT: technical effect consists in reduction of incidental smoke flow and of carbon monoxide quantity.
