FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: index of rectal temperature is recorded in rabbits Chinchilla under conditions of basic metabolism after injury during treatment with preparations analginum, lincomycin and infusion of glucose solution. In case of reduction of the rectal temperature below 38°C in the first days after injury the poor outcome is predicted.

EFFECT: invention provides a simple method of predicting in early time after injury.
