SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering and can be used oil refining, particularly for obtaining asphalt-free oil from oil residue, which is used in production of mineral oil selective treatment processes. The invention relates to a method of deasphalting oil residues with light hydrocarbon solvents through counterflow contact between raw material and a solvent in an extraction column with a settling zone for the asphalt-free oil solution, a zone for formation of a condensate by heating the asphalt-free oil solution with internal steam heaters, an extraction zone for bringing the raw material, condensate and solvent into contact, a settling zone for asphalt solution, to obtain and release asphalt-free and asphalt solutions from the column and subsequent regeneration of the solvent from these solution to obtain asphalt-free oil and asphalt. Between the zone for formation of condensate and the extraction zone there is a zone for collection and tapping the condensate, from which a portion of the condensate, except the extraction zone, is directed to the settling zone for the asphalt solution or a portion of the condensate comes out of the extraction column and the remaining portion of the condensate from the collection and tapping zone is returned to the extraction zone. The invention also relates to another method of deasphalting petroleum asphalt.
EFFECT: increased extraction of the end product and yield of the product.
