FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wide flat hard disc 1 called an all-purpose injection die has surface profile 1a of auxiliary bending device. Such die allows forming of auxiliary bending device which makes, with the help of introduced material 19a, the shape of surface profile 1a that after addition of cloth 19b ups its mechanical properties. Said profile 1a allows accommodating of one or several existing pre-bent membranes 17, 18 with mating profile at said die for auxiliary bending device to be formed thereat. Profile 1a of bending device allows deposition of materials on die 1 that harden to shape the covering profile of die 1 and to form aforesaid auxiliary bending device thereon. Note here that membranes remove from said auxiliary bending device feature concave shape of premade concave membranes fitted on die 1 owing to the shape and adequate properties of deposited (applied) layers.

EFFECT: multiple arranged or deposited membranes, forming of ample quantity of auxiliary bending devices.
