SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. A mobile communication terminal is configured to, when located in a first communication system before reserving a communication resource of a second communication system, transmit to the first communication system a control signal notifying a cell reselection request with switch to the second communication system. In response to the control signal notifying a cell reselection request with switch to the second communication system, the first communication system frees a communication resource of the first communication system before reservation of the communication resource of the second communication system.
EFFECT: avoiding excess occupation of a communication resource of a first communication system during cell reselection with switch from the first communication system to a second communication system.
