SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless transmission systems. To this end, in a terminal which transmits a reference signal using n, where n is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2, band units which in this case correspond to clusters divided by intervals in the frequency domain, a reference signal controller switches the method of generating a reference signal on a reference signal generator between a first generation method and a second generation method based on the number of band units. A threshold setting unit controls the switching threshold based on the frequency diversity between band units.
EFFECT: high accuracy of channel estimation.
