SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication systems. Described is a configuration for receiving, from a mobile terminal (10), signals in which multiple uplink layers are spatially-multiplexed; generating HARQ ACK/NACK for signals received in said uplink layers; and for mapping HARQ ACK/NACK signals for transported blocks which correspond to said layers onto PHICH resources using fixed offset values which are determined in advance with the mobile terminal (10) for each uplink layer.
EFFECT: ensuring adequate resource allocation for response signals for retransmission of spatially-multiplexed signals corresponding to a plurality of layers via an uplink.
