FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of abrasive tool on ceramic bonds. It contains abrasive grains of fused corundum or silicon carbide, ceramic binder, wetting additives and the mix of fillers composed of alumina-silicate hollow spherical particles in amount of 2-200% of volume content of abrasive and ground pits in amount of 5-250% of alumina-silicate filler content. Tool green is formed therefrom and subjected to high-temperature annealing. Prior to preparing said forming mass it is stored for 36-42 h for moisture stabilisation over the entire volume.
EFFECT: decreased amount of rejects.
