FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of abrasive tool on ceramic bonds. Proposed method comprises preparation of forming mass including abrasive grains of fused corundum or silicon carbide, ceramic binder and filler composed of aluminous hollow spherical particles in amount of 2-200% of the abrasive volume. Tool green is formed therefrom and subjected to high-temperature annealing. Prior to preparing said forming mass it is stored for 23-35 h for moisture stabilisation over the entire volume.
EFFECT: decreased amount of rejects.
