SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Note here that proposed assembly has filling neck (30) secured to body side (20) with fuel filling opening (22). Said assembly comprises hinge assembly composed by moving and fixed swivelling elements (14, 16) and filling neck cover (12). Note here that said hinge assembly is positioned in said neck (30) with the help of centre (40) resting on body side (20) and including at least four bearing elements (41) resting on body side (20). Said bearing elements (41) are secured to centre side (40) opposite centre side (40) whereto handle (42) is secured. Note here that centre (40) allows hinge assembly attachment tool to pass there through in assembly.
EFFECT: ease of attachment, invariable clearance between neck and body side.
