FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: tunnel is formed in close proximity and along ankle vascular bundles under ultrasonic control. After the tunnel is formed, a catheter is delivered therein through a scalpel draw tube along a guide and passes out beyond the draw tube. As far as the tunnel is filled with activated autogenous platelet rich plasma, the scalpel is removed.
EFFECT: method enables stimulating neoangiogenesis in the ankle muscles and improving microcirculation condition in the involved limb by developing a new vascular tree and a possibility of the collateral blood flow below the occlusion, avoiding haematomas and activating the tissue regeneration along the full length of the limb involvement.
