SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to visualization tools for information received from the object of research during blood vessel surgery. The method of image provision in the target area depends at least on the first motion source, the method comprises the steps of obtaining of the first image sequence from the examined blood vessel area using a surgical instrument inserted in the examined vessel area during the time interval without the first patient movement, determination of the first movement sequence for periodic movement of the surgical instrument during the second movement cycle by analyzing the surgical instrument movement of the first image sequence obtained, creation of a surgical instrument movement model, justified by the second movement only, determination of the operator (H), defining the relationship between the first surgical instrument movement sequence and the second movement, obtaining of examined vessel area images transmitted in real time, using a surgical instrument inserted in the examined vessel area of the patient, substraction of the surgical instrument movement due to the second movement with the operator (H), and determination of the surgical instrument movement due to the first movement of the patient, recording of the previously obtained image of the examined object based on the first movement. For method implementation, a data processing unit for image provision is used, which is included into the medical imaging system comprising an X-ray images producing device with an X-ray source configured to generate X-rays, and an X-ray image determination unit , adapted to send the image data to the data processing unit. A software program for image presentation is tored on a computer readable medium.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows greater flexibility in processing of a large variation of movement for image presentation.
