SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Draw-and-straighten plant comprises at least first drive roll with draw wheel furnished with two or more ring grooves to accommodate fed metal articles, two or more opposed rolls arranged opposite the first roll relative to metal article axis to retain said article, drive means articulated with second rolls to displace them at least at setting stage relative to first roll to change the spacing there between. Note here that drive means are composed f the first linear drive to control the initial approach of second rolls to first roll and at least two second linear drives to control selective and controlled displacement of appropriate second rolls in continuous mode during feed for control over pressure force applied to metal article in compliance with article actual sizes.
