SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used for strip hot rolling at combination mill. Device comprises two furnaces (36, 37) and transfer tunnel (38) and is located between CC machine and rolling line (22). Toppings of bloom are fed from first rolling line (21a) to transfer tunnel (38) located nearby second furnace (37) parallel with its lengthwise axis and, therefrom, to first furnace (36) to first take-up roll table (41). Roll table (41) axis is aligned with that of casting first line (21a) and that of transfer tunnel (38). Bloom toppings are fed from casting second line (21b) to second furnace (37) on second take-up roll table (42) with axis aligned with the axis of said second casting line. Bloom toppings are transferred in turns from take-up roll table (41) to discharge roll table (43) and therefrom toward tolling line (22). Bloom toppings are transferred in turns from take-up roll table (42) to output roll table (44) and therefrom toward tolling line (22).
EFFECT: outage of rolling mill with interruption of metal teeming.
